First Out is also an avid recycler and is currently investigating ways in which to reduce its carbon footprint.

First Out is also proud to present regular art Exhibitions featuring up-and-coming and established LGBT, and queer friendly artists, so there's always something fresh to look at on the walls.
The basement Bar offers an enticing range of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits. The bar plays a great selection of music during the week and on Fridays hosts long time lesbian favourite Girl Friday which is a basically that big relieved end of the week sigh, except with more drinking, dancing and occasional furtive groping. And its a pretty good way to start the weekend.
